Nallias SA : share capital increase

The company, Nouvelle Alliance d'Assurances (Nallias SA) of Mali is carrying out a 2 billion FCFA (3.57 billion USD) capital increase. The latter has gone from 1 billion FCFA (1.78 million USD) to 3 billion FCFA (5.35 million USD).

Two new shareholders are joining Nallias. They are Mahamadou Bonkounkou who now holds 72% of the capital and IB Holding which controls 8% of the same capital. The former shareholders retain the remaining 20%.
