NCBA acquires 100% stake in AIG Kenya

Kenyan bank NCBA has completed the acquisition of a 66.67% stake in AIG Kenya from American International Group (AIG).

Announced in September 2023, this transaction brings NCBA's stake in the Kenyan insurer to 100%. The amount of the transaction was not made public.
