Ong Bi Ying has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Allianz Insurance Singapore, succeeding Hicham Raissi, who is leaving the company. Her appointment took effect on 1 October 2026.
O. Ying joined the German group’s Singapore subsidiary in 2019 and has held several leadership positions over the past seven years, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer.
O. Ying holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the National University of Singapore.
