Partnership agreement between CNP Assurances and La Mutuelle Générale

After months of exclusive negotiations, CNP Assurances and La Mutuelle Générale concluded a partnership agreement on 15 July 2024, to create a major player in the social protection sector.

Under the terms of the agreement, CNP Assurances will acquire a majority stake in the capital of a joint stock company , a subsidiary of La Mutuelle Générale.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
