Possible upward review of third party liability tariff

Third Party insurance rate is expected to increase drastically. According to the services of the “Conseil National des Assureurs” (CNA) and to some company managers, the current rate is 40% inferior to its actual price. The project submitted to the ministry includes a bonus/malus clause.
