Rawsur launches an online insurance product

Rawsur has launched "Assurance Na Tshombo", the first online insurance product in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

The new service allows users to underwrite, pay or renew insurance policies via mobile phones. The innovation is currently available on the WhatsApp platform on 0829 999 300.

Users shall soon access "Assurance na Tshombo" via USSD which unlike WhatsApp does not require an internet connection.
