Repurchase of 35% of Rwanda's first insurer's capital SONARWA

Being a subsidiary of the Nigerian group National Insurance Corporation (NIC), Industrial and General Insurance (IGI) has just taken 35% of Rwanda's first insurer's capital , the Société Nouvelle d'Assurance du Rwanda (SONARWA).
The stakes taken in SONARWA stand as the third operation within IGI's expansion strategy in Africa. The company is already present in Ghana and in Gambia.
