Saham Assurance Maroc to adopt a new name

The extraordinary general meeting of Saham Assurance Maroc will be held on 28 December 2021. A rebranding will be proposed to the company's shareholders on this occasion.

After the votes, Saham Assurance Maroc will be named after the majority shareholder to become "Sanlam Maroc".

As of 30 September 2021, the Moroccan insurer achieved a turnover of 4.35 billion MAD (476.5 million USD), which represents an increase of 9.5% over a year.
