The American insurer and asset manager, Prudential Financial, sells its Korean life insurance subsidiary Prudential Life Insurance Company of Korea to KB Financial Group.
The transaction cost is estimated at 2.3 billion KRW (1.9 billion USD). It shall be concluded by late 2020.
