SAMB’A Assurances Gabon Increases Its Share Capital

SAMB’A Assurances Gabon has increased its share capital from 610 million FCFA (1.06 million USD) to 1 billion FCFA (1.7 million USD).

The transaction will be carried out through a private placement, in accordance with the terms set by the company.

This mobe supports the growth strategy of the Gabonese microinsurance group, founded by Andrew Gwodog.
