Sanlam to acquire a majority stake in AfroCentric

Sanlam has submitted an offer letter to the board of AfroCentric confirming its intention to acquire a majority stake in the South African healthcare investment holding.

The transaction is still pending the approval of the shareholders and the competent authorities.
