SCG-Ré: Regine Akayezu, new Regional Director of the Rwandan office

Regine Akayezu has been promoted Regional Director of Kigali Regional Office (KRO), the office of the Société Commerciale Gabonaise (SCG-Ré) in Rwanda.

She is the first Regional Director appointed by SCG-Ré as part of its organization after its IPO.

A graduate of the National University of Rwanda, Akayezu joined KRO in October 2022 as Chief Underwriter. She started her career with Africa Re and joined East Africa Reinsurance in 2015.
