SCOR bought out Hightfields Capital Management in Irish Reinsurance Parteners

SCOR has bought out the shares of its partner Hightfields Capital Management fund in their common Irish subsidiary Irish Reinsurance Partners (IRP). The deal, worth 183.1 million EUR (222.7 million USD), has been made thanks to the new stock issue of 201.5 million EUR (239 million USD). This move will further consolidate Scor's financial solidity.
