Shareholding change for Willis Gras Savoye Re

The American broker Willis now detains 100% of the insurance brokerage firm Willis Gras Savoye Re. Willis has just acquired 49.9% of the remaining shares which were detained by French broker Gras Savoye. Following this move, Willis Gras Savoye Re has been renamed Willis Re SA and Thierry Myara has been appointed general manager for France. This transaction was expected since the acquisition of Gras Savoye Re by Willis in 2006.
