Solidarity acquires a majority stake in Al Ahlia

Solidarity is pursuing its development strategy in the MENA region. The group has acquired a majority share in Al Ahlia Insurance for the amount of 28.4 million USD. The insurer’s integration in Solidarity General Takaful will be subsequently carried out.

Al Ahlia Insurance, one of Bahrain’s most ancient insurance companies, was set up 40 years ago.
