A sovereign fund has acquired 41.1% of ONIC

Oman Investment Fund (OIF), an Omani sovereign fund, has acquired 41.13% of Oman National Investment Corporation Holding (ONIC) from Dubai Insurance Group (DIG). The sale of this asset by DIG comes as part of its restructuring plan. ONIC is a holding company providing financial services, life and non-life insurance activities.
