STAR Insurance: distribution of dividends

STAR Assurances will hold its ordinary general meeting on 21 July 2026 in Tunis, Tunisia.

Among the resolutions to be adopted by the assembly:

• The individual and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December2026
• The distribution of a dividend of 2.593 TND (0.86 USD) per share, for a total amount of 25.9 million TND (8.6 million USD).

As a reminder, the Tunisian insurer closed the 2025 fiscal year with a turnover of TND 482.8 million (USD 165.8 million) and a net profit of TND 39.9 million (USD 13.7 million).
