Swiss Life, a takeover bid to purchase the German company AWD

After giving up its activities in Belgium and the Nederland, the life insurer Swiss Life has announced its takeover bid for the German company of financial services AWD. The amount of the deal is estimated at 1.16 billion EUR (1.7 billion USD).
