Tunis Re: dividend distribution

The Ordinary General Meeting of Tunis Re, held on 30 April 2024, approved the distribution of a 0.45 TND (0.15 USD) dividend per share for the year 2023, instead of the initially planned 0.42 TND (0.14 USD).

This brings the total dividend amount to 9 million TND (2.9 million USD).

For the record, the reinsurer closed the 2023 financial year with a net profit of 18.6 million TND (6.1 million USD).
