On 23 December 2020, the Union Internationale de Banques (UIB), a subsidiary of Société Générale, was authorized by the competent authorities to create a life insurance company in Tunisia.
UIB Assurances, will start its activities in Q4 2022. The new insurer will benefit from the support and guidance of its parent company.
