Uncertain future for Star Hana

Questions persist regarding the future situation of the insurance company Star Hana held by the Industrial Commercial Bank of Algeria (BCIA) struck by the shadow of a financial scandal.
Reminder: a financial deficit of 7 billion DZD (USD 92,1 million) was detected in the accounts of the BCIA following a litigation opposing the External Bank of Algeria (BEA) to a BCIA branch in Oran.
