Wafa Assurance settles in Senegal

Wafa Assurance has received approvals for the creation of two new subsidiaries of life and non-life insurance in Senegal.

The new entities have been named "Wafa Assurance Vie" and "Wafa Assurance".

The annoucement took place just a few weeks after the creation of its life subsidiary in Cameroon.

The company thereby translates its African ambitions. It has revealed, last March, its wish to create subsidiaries in Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon and Congo.
