Wafa Assurance Vie Cameroun: share capital increase

Wafa Assurance Vie Cameroun has increased its share capital by 1.061 billion FCFA (1.91 million USD). The latter went from 3.5 billion FCFA (6.28 million USD) to 4.56 billion FCFA (8.18 million USD).

Such operation follows the acquisition of Pro Assur Vie by the Cameroonian subsidiary of the Moroccan insurer.

In 2019, Wafa Assurance Vie announced the acquisition of 65% of Pro Assur Non Vie and 89.4% of Pro Assur Vie.
