Africa Re held the African Insurance Awards ceremony in Windhoek, Namibia, on 3 June 2024.
Over 1 000 insurance industry professionals were in attendance.
For this year's edition, awards were presented in four categories:

The ceremony was also an opportunity to introduce the top ten candidates from the 5th edition of the Young Insurance Professionals Program (YIPP), initiated by Africa Re since 2018.
The trainees come from several African countries, namely Ghana, Kenya, Algeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Togo and Zimbabwe.
