CNMA: second capital increase in 2023

CNMAThe Caisse Nationale de Mutualité Agricole (CNMA) has proceeded with a second share capital increase for the 2023 financial year. With this operation, the capital was raised from 8 billion DZD (58.8 million USD) to 10 billion DZD (73.5 million USD).

A similar process took place in March of this year, increasing the company's share capital from 5.5 billion DZD (40.4 million USD) to 8 billion DZD (58.8 million USD).

These two capital increases should enable CNMA to meet its obligations towards its policyholders and consolidate its position in the insurance market, notably as the leader in the agricultural sector.
