SAA renews its ISO 9001 version 2015 certification

Société Nationale d'Assurance (SAA) has successfully renewed its ISO 9001 version 2015 certification for its Quality Management System (QMS).

SAA initially received this certification from Intertek in 2022, making it the first State-owned insurance company to achieve ISO 9001 version 2015 certification.

This label renewal reflects the company's ongoing commitment to improving the quality of the services it offers its customers, employees and partners.

The Algerian insurer has also extended the QMS scope to cover all its structures and distribution networks.
