Allianz: two reappointments and a promotion on the Board of Directors

Allianz Oliver Bäte has been reappointed Chairman and CEO of Allianz until 2028.

Andreas Wimmer has been reappointed as a member of the German group's Board of Directors in charge of Life & Asset Management until 30 September 2029.

Claire-Marie Coste-Lepoutre has been promoted member of the Board of Directors and CFO of the company. She will be taking over from Giulio Terzariol, who is leaving Allianz to join Generali.

Pending approval by the relevant authorities, this appointment will come into effect on 1 January 2024.
