Draft amendment to comprehensive motor insurance regulations in Saudi Arabia

motor insuranceThe Central Bank (SAMA) launched a public consultation on 1 October 2023 on a draft amendment to the regulations governing comprehensive motor insurance in Saudi Arabia.

SAMA is calling on stakeholders to submit their suggestions and comments on the proposed draft by 16 October 2023 at the latest.

This initiative is part of the central bank's strategy to develop and support the insurance industry's growth.
