Creation of China Reinsurance Digital Technology

China Re P&CChina Re has completed the creation of China Reinsurance Digital Technology, a subsidiary dedicated to providing technology services to the Chinese group's member companies.

The new entity has a registered capital of 200 million CNY (27.4 million USD), fully financed by the reinsurer.

China Re is building a powerful technology engine with the aim of becoming a major global reinsurance group.
