AXA: 2023 annual results

AXAAXA has published its annual results for the year ending 31 December 2023, in accordance with the new IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 standards.

The French group's turnover reached 102.736 billion EUR (113.4 billion USD), up by 1% compared to the 101.844 billion EUR (108.7 billion USD) recorded in 2022.

The net profit has improved by 42% from 5.061 billion EUR (5.4 billion USD) in 2022 to 7.189 billion EUR (7.9 billion USD) by the end of 2023. The operating result amounting to 7.604 billion EUR (8.4 billion USD) has increased by 25% over one year.

The solvency ratio has gained 12 points to 227%.

A dividend of 1.98 EUR (2.2 USD) per share will be proposed at the next Shareholders' Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 April 2024.

AXA's Board of Directors has approved a new share buyback program of up to 1.6 billion EUR (1.8 billion USD).
