AXA: Jacques de Peretti retires

Jacques de PerettiJacques de Peretti is retiring after 27 years with the company.

J. de Peretti joined the French group in 1996 where he occupied several executive positions in different regions. In 2001, he joined AXA France's Executive Committee while simultaneously working in various management roles in different entities: AXA Courtage, AXA Entreprises, AXA Particuliers/Professionnels.

In 2015, J. de Peretti was appointed CEO of AXA Japan, a position he left in 2016 to become CEO of AXA France until May 2021. Since that date, he has been a senior advisor to Thomas Buberl, the group's CEO. In March 2022, J. de Peretti was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of AXA Assurance Maroc.

The new retiree will however keep certain missions including the chairmanship of the group's Moroccan subsidiary.
