CFDP Protection Juridique Indépendante ventures into generative AI

After a test period that started in spring 2023, CFDP, a French insurer specializing in legal protection, has officially launched its service based on generative artificial intelligence (AI).

Called "@del'IA", the solution is based on the architecture of ChatGPT, an AI-based conversational agent prototype. This tool enables both professional and individual policyholders to ask legal questions in all areas of the law, and to obtain instant, reliable answers referencing legal sources.

" @del'IA" is the latest addition to the various innovations already deployed by CFDP, such as Métavers. The tool is integrated into the "@del" digital legal information service developed by the company in 2015.
