Gabonese Federation of Insurance Companies: 2022 budget

The Ordinary General Meeting of the Gabonese Federation of Insurance Companies (FEGASA) was held on 25 July 2022.

The session was an opportunity to present the budget for the year 2022 which amounts to 338 million FCFA (526 440 USD), up by 38 million FCFA (59 190 USD) compared to the previous year.

This budget is intended to achieve some strategic objectives, namely the digitization of the motor insurance certificate, the creation of a Public Passenger Transport (TPV) pool and the organization of the 23rd African Reinsurance Forum in October 2023 by Gabon.

Other adopted resolutions include:

• the appointment of a new member: Diaw Assane, CEO of NSIA and NSIA Vie,
• the presentation of the annual accounts ending 31 December 2021.
