ACAPS: Siham Ramli, new Vice-President of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors

Siham Ramli, Director of Communication and International Relations of the Moroccan Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS), has been elected Vice-President of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) on 10 November 2022. Through this appointment, S. Ramli will represent the ACAPS within the IAIS.

The Moroccan supervisor will now be in charge of coordinating IAIS projects and activities with members from emerging markets and developing economies (EMDE).

The vice-chairmanship of the international body was formerly held by the South African supervisory authority.
