Royale Marocaine d'Assurance to acquire a stake in Ténor Finances

Royale Marocaine d'Assurance (RMA) is considering the acquisition of 19.99% of Ténor Finance's capital. The operation has been submitted to the competition council.

Ténor Finances, a subsidiary of the Moroccan holding company Ténor Group, is also a 39.4% shareholder of the local broker AFMA.
