Wafa Assurance: 2023 results

Wafa Assurance has recorded a consolidated turnover of 12.724 billion MAD (1.3 billion USD) as at 31 December 2023, up by 9.3% compared with the 11.639 billion MAD (1.1 billion USD) posted in 2022.

Technical reserves have increased by 7.5% to 48.7 billion MAD (4.8 billion USD), against 45.3 billion MAD (4.3 billion USD) a year earlier.

During the reporting period, investments allocated to insurance operations amounted to 54.2 billion MAD (5.4 billion USD), representing a 9.6% growth over one year.
