AIG: Ryan Thomas, Head of Financial Lines, Asia Pacific

American International Group (AIG) has appointed Ryan Thomas as its Head of Financial Lines for Asia Pacific. R. Thomas is based in Singapore.

A graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (USA), R. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.

He rejoins the American group after eight years with Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI), where he held a number of management positions in Australia.

Prior to this, R. Thomas worked for AIG from 2002 to 2008, before joining SunCorp Group (Australia).
