ARC: appointment of two Non-Executive Directors

Deepak Dave and Maxwell Mkwezalamba have been appointed Non-Executive Directors of African Risk Capacity Limited (ARC Ltd), a subsidiary of the pan-African catastrophe risk management pool ARC, for a three-year term.

They are taking over from Jennifer Blanke and Phillip Pettersen, whose terms expired in April 2023.

D. Dave has over 24 years of banking, finance and capital markets experience, having worked for a number of international companies, notably in Canada, the UK and Africa.

M. Mkwezalamba is an economist based in Lilongwe, Malawi. He has over thirty years' experience in academia, the private and public sectors, as well as in various regional and international organizations.
