The achievements of the Arab General Insurance Union

AchievementsOver the past 60 years, the General Arab Insurance Federation has partaken in and/or initiated important debates in the Arab insurance market.

Its achievements include the introduction of the orange insurance card, the establishment of Arab fire and reinsurance pools, the establishment of Arab Re in 1972, etc.

The following is a chronology of the main projects and achievements in which GAIF has been involved:
