Jul 2016 Proparco, a subsidiary of the French development agency, has committed to invest 10 million EUR (11.2 million USD) in sharedolers' equity in the Activa group.
A financing agreement was signed to this effect by Richard Lowe, CEO of Activa, and Gregory Clemente, CEO of Proparco on September 12, 2016 at the headquarters of the French institution.
The funds generated by this transaction will allow the Cameroonian group to boost its development in Sub-Saharan Africa.
