Nov 2016 AM Best has confirmed financial solidity B++ (Good) and bbb rating for long-term issuing credit for Société Centrale de Réassurance (SCR). The outlooks associated with this rating are stable. This rating, according to AM Best, is accounted for by the good capitalization that has been adjusted to the company’s risks, the relevant distribution of the business reported on the local market and to the good technical results over several years.
The combined ratio for non life insurance amounts to 88% for the last five years. These ratings take into account the macro-economic and political situation of the country. Morocco remains SCR’s main market.
