According to UN forecasts, the world's population will increase by 26% over the next 30 years.

population mondialeThe number of people living on earth will increase from 7.7 billion in 2019 to 9.7 billion in 2050. India will experience a demographic growth of 18.76% during this period. Its population will rise by 259 million and exceed that of China.

The population of Sub-Saharan Africa [4] is expected to double during the middle of the century. Nigeria will become the third most populous country in the world with 401 million inhabitants.
