AXAEclore, a group of four Parisian restaurants, is to sue its insurer AXA before the Paris Commercial Court.

According to the restaurateur, the French insurer has failed to meet its contractual obligations by refusing to cover operating losses caused by the shut-down of his restaurants due to the COVID-19 [4] outbreak.

The policyholder Eclore holds a guarantee clause in case of administrative closure of his restaurants.
