Covéa: creation of a new management committee

CovéaCovéa has set up a new management committee responsible for monitoring the strategic and financial matters of the group.

The creation of this body follows the acquisition of the Bermudian reinsurer PartnerRe [4].

From 1 Januray 2023, Thierry Derez, CEO of the group, will be surrounded by:

  • Stéphane Duroule, Managing Director Insurance France
  • Jacques Bonneau, CEO PartnerRe
  • Thierry Francq, Managing Director Reinsurance and International Activities
  • Maud Petit, Chief Financial Officer
  • Sylvestre Frézal, General Secretary
  • Lionel Calvez, Managing Director Risks
  • Olivier Le Borgne, Managing Director Investment
