Florus Invest Holding, the Bouebdelli education group's investment fund, has increased its stake in the capital of Assurances Maghrebia to 9.13%.
The operation involves the acquisition of 1 333 452 shares and voting rights on the stock exchange for a total amount of 8.1 million TND (2.6 million USD).
Prior to this transaction, the Tunisian group held 3.8% of the life insurance company's capital.
