Afirca Re Africa Re's 45^th Annual General Meeting will be held on 23 June 2023 in Rabat, Morocco. The meeting will be an opportunity for the pan-African group to review its activities and discuss the main developments within the company and in the market.

The Annual General Meeting will be attended by:

Nadia Fattah Alaoui, Minister of Economy and Finance (Morocco),
Mohamed Maait, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Africa Re and current Minister of Finance of the Arab Republic of Egypt
Mohamed Hassan Bensalah, President of the Moroccan Federation of Insurance.

It should be recalled that in 2021, Africa Re [4] recorded a turnover of 845.35 million USD and a net profit of 38.823 million USD.
