The insurer has proposed better reception quality, shortening claims payment periods along with new products. This move is designed to better meet customer expectations. The company has reported a 20% growth of its premiums volume during the recent three years. Established in 1969 under the name Caisse Nationale d’Assurance et de Réassurance du Mali (CNAR), the company is underwriting non-life, property and health insurance.
