This new office, inaugurated in mid April, has been designed to consolidate the company’s support functions. The insurer’s customers may, therefore, stop at the same representative to benefit from a package of assistance services designed for companies or individual customers: claim management, policies renewal, quotes, various kinds of information and documents. This support is also available over the telephone and via internet.
