Norrenberger Advisory Partners to acquire International Energy Insurance

Norrenberger Advisory PartnersThe National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has approved the acquisition of International Energy Insurance by the Nigerian financial services firm Norrenberger Advisory Partners.

The deal is part of the insurer's strategy to comply with NAICOM's recapitalization requirements.
