ASTREE: Q1 2024 results

The insurance and reinsurance company ASTREE has recorded a turnover of 84.947 million TND (27.1 million USD) as at 31 March 2024, up by 8% over one year.

Non-life premiums amounted to 72.479 million TND (23.2 million USD), against 12.468 million TND (3.9 million USD) for the life business.

During the first quarter of the current year, incurred losses stood at 19.985 million TND (6.4 million USD) compared with 18.191 million TND (5.9 million TND) during the same period of 2023, representing a 10% increase.

The investment income progressed by 28% to reach 15.896 million TND (5.1 million USD).
